Rohin Maganti

Rohin Maganti is a Co-founder of Kosha Sciences, where he leads generative modeling for ionizable lipid design. His training across molecular biology, organic chemistry, computational design, and AI gives him a rare ability to connect how delivery systems are modeled, made, and tested. At Kosha, he uses that perspective to build computational methods grounded in chemical synthesis and experimental biology.

Rohin is an MD-PhD student in Bioengineering at the University of Pennsylvania. He conducts computational research in Pranam Chatterjee's Programmable Biology Group and experimental research in the Alameh Lab and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Center for Fetal Research. His work bridges molecular design, formulation, and in vivo validation to develop more precise and effective delivery systems for genetic medicines.

Rohin earned a BSE in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, where he was named a Barry Goldwater Scholar.
